Source: Cowboys reach deals with Zuerlein, Poe

Greg Zuerlein, who has converted 201 of 245 field goal attempts in the regular season (82%) and is 264-of-270 on extra-point attempts since he entered the NFL in 2012, has agreed to a three-year deal with the Cowboys, sources told ESPN.

Greg Zuerlein, the Rams kicker for the last 8 seasons, has agreed to terms with the Cowboys, sources confirmed to ESPN. With the Cowboys, Zuerlein reunites with former Rams special teams coordinator John Fassel, who departed for Dallas in January. Over 8 seasons, Zuerlein converted 82 percent of his field goals. He played a crucial role during the 2018 season in helping to send the Rams to Super Bowl LIII when he kicked a 54-yard game-winning field goal in overtime to clinch the NFC championship

Rams WR Brandin Cooks has donated $50,000 to establish the Stockton Children's Fund in his hometown of Stockton, CA. The fund has been created through the Community Foundation of San Joaquin to help assist kids affected by the challenges caused by the coronavirus situation. Funds will help provide food and childcare, among other needs.

The Jets have signed Rams free agent safety Marqui Christian, according to Adam Schefter. Christian played four seasons with the Rams and was a key player on special teams. Over the last two seasons, Christian played rotational role in the Rams' secondary. John Johnson and Taylor Rapp are expected to start at safety in 2020. Nick Scott and Jake Gervase also are on the roster.
